The production of PVC windows is a rather complex and multi-stage process. The Euro window manufacturing technology provides for the use of several production zones. One of the most important zones is the section of the workpiece. It is here that the cutting and washing of glass is carried out, as well as the assembly of the contour, filling of the desiccant and applying the first layer of sealing.

The manufacture of wooden windows is also carried out at the assembly site. At this stage, the double-glazed window is pressed to ensure the maximum level of tightness. The next sealing layer is applied already at the sealing site.

Finally, at the last stage of manufacturing PVC windows, visual monitoring of the quality of the received products is carried out. In addition to the above sections, the manufacturing process provides for the presence of welding sites, stripping corners, installation of imposts, seals, fittings and double-glazed windows. In general, this process includes a number of necessary technological operations that must be carried out at different sites in a given sequence.

However, before performing the above processes, the profile is also delivered from the manufacturer to the production shop. Delivery is usually carried out in large pallets. For the manufacture of a window structure, the frame, sash, bead and impost are cut into blanks of the required sizes according to the technical specification. Cutting of PVC profile

The plastic profile is cut on special machines at an angle of 45 degrees. The profile intended for the production of plastic windows, as a rule, has internal cavities. They are necessary to give the design frost-resistant qualities. In the process of profile cutting, it is very important to control the accuracy.

This is due to the fact that accuracy is one of the most important conditions for high-quality welding.
